ShowTime ("ShowTime", "we", "us", "our") is a performance-software product made in Adelaide, South Australia. You can reach us any time at support@itsshowtime.com.au. By creating an account or using ShowTime, you agree to these Terms.
ShowTime is a chord-chart, setlist and performance-management tool for musicians โ it lets a band sync charts wirelessly, transpose, run projection media and navigate a show together. It is offered as a hosted online service and as a downloadable application.
"Your Content" means everything you add โ chord charts, lyrics, sheet music, notes, audio, video and images. You are solely responsible for Your Content. By adding it you represent and warrant that you own it, or hold all rights and permissions needed, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright or other rights.
You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, copy and display it so we can run the service for you and your band. Your library is private to you and the members you connect โ we do not make it public.
You agree not to:
Licensing for the public performance of copyrighted songs (e.g. playing covers live) is arranged through your venue or a collecting society such as APRA AMCOS in Australia โ that is separate from, and not provided by, ShowTime.
We respect copyright. If you believe content stored on ShowTime infringes your rights, email support@itsshowtime.com.au with your contact details, identification of the work, where the material is, and a statement that you hold the rights. We will review and remove infringing content promptly, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
The ShowTime software, design and brand are owned by us and licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, modify or distribute the software except as your plan or the law permits.
We work to keep ShowTime reliable, but it is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you have not backed up. Please export your library regularly to your own storage. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
You may stop using ShowTime anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms (including repeat copyright infringement). You can export Your Content before closing your account.
We may update these Terms; the latest version will be posted here with a new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
